Products. We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices & payment. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Orders. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if there's a pricing error. If that happens, you'll get a full refund. You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships.

Warranty. Posceta bags are covered against manufacturing defects. Register your product on our Warranty page to make a claim. Normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered.

Our content. The Posceta name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don't use them without permission.

Liability. Our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. This doesn't affect your rights under Indian consumer law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
